20170912: OK, all equipment is in the new landing zone, studio building time!

OK, so being a night photographer, yeah, I am working long & hard to make the place a working set-up for both the business I need & the house to live in. working till 4am, then back up at 10:30am… I have progress…

The 4am shot, yes, I am tired, the lousy photo is in part due to a dirty lens.

but at 3pm the next afternoon, progress.

I have clothes lines for wet clothes on the patio, above the laundry sink & in the banos. Keeping them full and moving stuff around as needed, the pile is growing smaller..

Yes, I can walk the whole house & not stub a toe if i stay in the middle of the rooms. But at least I can see where stuff is & organize it.

And I needed to finish the screening of the windows, here is the front door.

So yes, with a lot of patience & the forethought see what I can use where to make a business, I survived the 20 months of hell in that little room.

I am hoping to hang my signs of open for business in about 2 more days.

I hope I inspire a few people to “hang tough & be patience” to make their dreams come true too!

I decided to feather the edge of the photograph as well.

Had a printout last night done, I like the over all effect.

20161107 Early bird BORED, so I created something.

20161106 La Taberna Feliz Navidad

Yeah, all the POPULARITY CONTEST, Election USA 2016 is nuts…

My coffee shop where I do my internet is not too interested in this but I just played around last night.

Could not find the images I was going to use for a “Get Me the HELL OF THIS PLANET!” poster I wanted for today, my anti election statement… maybe I will ahve it ready for tomorrow….

This is the “SAINT” church, the one everyone in town takes every peso they can get out of pilgrims & tourists… The “Saint” well according to the “Locals” can get her own damn money. Have not heard a “SINGLE THANK YOU, to the SAINT” in 10 months of living here.  Not energy I like living in. Hope to get out of this country soon!

My walkover bridge, Reflections. Daily Prompt: Bridge

20160921-reflections-part-2-6516fb

I walk along the river that passes through San Juan de los Lagos, this bridge is at the end of my street. So it is the starting point and ending point.

My timing was good to get the reflections just right on a day or so after a heavy rain filled the river bed.

20161026 Water hole Birds

201610watering-hole-birds-6697fb

Birds of San Juan de los Lagos, yes the black spot in the bottom left is birds…

flying down from the trees on the right side, then back up to the trees.

Birds coming up stream from behind me and flying down stream in the clouds of the sunset. Very noisy, and with a couple hundred on the ground by the stream…

Wow, Birds! what more can I say?

Just a little fun as the storm approaches.

Kind in the wrong place to make this really work nice for the church but still kind of an interesting composition of light on the city.
