Comrades in Hamilton, Ont., occupy a TransCanada facility for several hours on Jan 14, 2019.
The protest lasted about 6 hours on Monday.
A group of protesters occupied a TransCanada pipeline facility in Hamilton for several hours Monday in a show of solidarity with Wet’suwet’en anti-pipeline camps in British Columbia.
The group says it was showing support after 14 people were arrested at a checkpoint outside Smithers B.C. last week, where people opposed to a pipeline project had been restricting access to their traditional territory.
